The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.12 of 2016, on the file of the first respondent Police, as against him.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that earlier the petitioner was arrayed as second

accused in the case, in Crime No.12 of 2016, on the file of the first respondent Police, however, after thorough investigation, his name was deleted in the final report filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate in this case.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
