in both the petitions Prayer: Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Principal District Judge, Tuticorin to dispose of I.A.Nos.129 and 130 of 2017 in O.S.No.68 of 2017 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Tuticorin within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi vide D.No.6924/2017 dated 30.11.2017 seeking extension of time and upon hearing the Mr.G.Mohana Krishnan, Advocate for the Petitioners, this Court made the following order:- These petitions have been listed today for extension of time for disposing the Interlocutory Applications in I.A.Nos.129 & 130 2017 in O.S.No.68 of 2017.
2. This Court has already disposed of all the Civil Revision Petitions by order dated 30.10.2017, by directing the trial Court to dispose of Interlocutory Applications within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Now the trial Court seeks further more time for disposing the Interlocutory Applications. Hence, the matters were listed today.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has no objection for granting further more time for disposal of Interlocutory Applications to the trial Court.
4. Hence, further two months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of the Interlocutory Applications in I.A.Nos.129 & 130 2017 in O.S.No.68 of 2017.
