ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this court to direct the registering authorities to prosecute the private respondents herein for having entered into the petition mentioned transactions. It is seen that the transactions mentioned in the writ petition are of the year 1994. In these circumstances, the direction sought for cannot be granted. If the petitioner's civil rights have been infringed, it is always open to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate relief.
