High Court's Order dated 11/11/2021 in CRL OP(MD). No.1647 of 2019 -------------------------------- I am to invite your attention to the reference cited, wherein Hon'ble High Court, in its order has directed the Registry, as follows:- "This petition has been filed seeking quashment of C.C.No.48 of 2016, which is pending on the file of the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar.

2.It is the matter of the year 2016. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the co-accused have been acquitted in C.C.No.124 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai by Judgment dated 15.06.2019.

3.Since the matter is of the year 2016 and the co-accused has also been acquitted, let the Birth Certificate of the Petitioner be produced before this Court for considering this petition. 4.List the matter on 23.11.2021. In the meantime, report be called for from the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar as to stage of C.C.No.48 of 2016".

In this connection, you namely the Judge, Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar, are hereby required to submit your report as stated supra, to this Registry on or before 22/11/2021 as the matter stands posted on 23/11/2021.
