ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner to direct the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2020 and conduct enquiry by issuing notice to the parties concerned and verify the court records and to pass appropriate orders to cancel the patta, which stands in the name of the 2nd respondent herein and also to give joint patta based on the judgment and decree in A.S.No.196 of 2010, dated 14.08.2011.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

W.P(MD).No.7892 of 2020 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation before the first respondent, on 13.03.2020, to cancel the patta, which stands in the name of 2nd respondent and to give joint patta as per the Judgment and Degree passed in A.S.No.196 of 2010, dated 14.08.2011, but, so far no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner before this Court. 4.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's application will be considered and the first respondent will pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as early as possible.
5.Recording the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
