Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GOPINATH S T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.8 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9198 of 2022, dated 08.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/-(Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to the credit of the Crime No.13 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (Incharge) Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5533 of 2023 Trichy, without prejudice to his rights and contentions. The other conditions imposed on the petitioners are left intact.
