ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 and 4. 2.The petitioner alleges that in the petition mentioned water body, there are encroachments.

3.When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Government Advocate confirmed that survey conducted by them showed the existence of encroachments. The encroachers have been identified. Action as per law is being taken. It is stated that the encroachments will be removed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Recording the stand of the official respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
