ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the summons issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in EMC NO.112/2018 dated 24/12/2018 and quash the same.

2.Due to efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous now. Even though the interim order has been passed by this Court, that was not extended from 03.04.2019. If any fresh notice has been sent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same through appropriate proceedings.

3.With the above liberty, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
