To pass an order setting aside the order dated 04.07.2017 passed in I.A.NO.963 of 2017 in O.S.No.350/2006 by Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul thereby allowing the Civil Revision Petition. ORDER:

This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge(i/c) Dindigul vide the letter in D.No.11389/2018 dated 27.11.2018, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 07.08.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.350/06, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.11389/2018, dated 27.11.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 07.08.2018 made in this revision.
