ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.233 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 05.02.2026. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 08.01.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.233 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026.

5.Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.233 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 18.03.2026 sbn To 1.The Inspector of Police, Thirukattupalli Police Station, Thanjavur District.
