ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.3587 of 2026 dated 24.02.2026 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3587 of 2026 dated 24.02.2026., is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, once in a week ie., Every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 18.03.2026 sbn 2/4
