Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in No.07/C2PS/Memo/2018 dated 05.06.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct a Kabadi Tournament at Manakkarai Village, Srivaigundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District on 23.06.2018 and 24.06.2018.
