Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi to expeditiously dispose the Execution petition in E.P.No.6 of 2020 in O.S.No.88 of 2016 before the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi.

ORDER

To direct the learned District Munsif, Paramakudi to expeditiously dispose the Execution petition in E.P.No.6 of 2020 in O.S.No.88 of 2016 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Paramakudi, the revision petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The suit in O.S.No.88 of 2016 was filed by the revision petitioner and the suit was decreed in his favour on 21.08.2018. He filed an execution petition in the year 2020 and numbered as E.P.No.6 of 2020. Even the respondent/defendant entered into appearance on 17.03.2020, he filed counter only after a lapse of one year and then on 17.04.2021, the respondent has filed a petition to stay the execution proceedings in E.A.No.17 of 2021 and it is pending.

4.In view of the above, the learned District Munsif, Paramakudi is hereby directed to dispose of the E.A.No.17 of 2021, within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 1003 of 2022 fifteen days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and then dispose of the E.P.No.6 of 2020 in O.S.No.88 of 2016, within three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
