ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 16.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3217 of 2026 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitionera have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2/4
