This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.17762 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1057 of 2025, dated 21.11.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on every Monday until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
