This Writ Petition has been filed praying to call for records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A/307/85 dated 08.07.2008 in respect of Plot No. 46 in Survey No.216/10B Thalaiyadikottai Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for the relief as stated above, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation dated 23.12.2013 submitted by the petitioner may be directed to be considered by the first respondent.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2013 on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned is free to deal with the matter on its own merit as per law.
