ORDER
Seeking for a direction to the respondents to disburse the pension amount with effect from 30.06.2012 to the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials on record.
3.It is the case of the petitioner that after the volunteer retirement, his pension proposal was sent to the first respondent and though some round of communications took place, the said pension proposal is pending before the first respondent for a quite long time. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court with the above prayer.

4.The learned Counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that as and when the first respondent takes decisions, then the case of the petitioner would be considered.
5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pension proposal sent by the fourth respondent, dated 29.06.2012 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
