ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 14.

06.2021 and requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, vide letter in D.No.206/22, dated 25.03.2022, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.270 of 2019. 2.This Court, by order, dated 14.06.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.270 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further one month time to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.270 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
