ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi to dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.128 of 2016 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner would aver among other things in the affidavit that the petitioner is working as an army man and is working in Assam at present. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent had taken place on 26.10.2015 and there were some misunderstanding between the petitioner and the respondent. According to the petitioner, a false complaint has been registered against him. The petitioner would submit that he was harassed by the respondent and therefore, he filed a petition on the ground of cruelty, in H.M.O.P.No.128 of 2016, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Paramakudi and the respondent has also filed her counter affidavit. The petitioner has also filed his proof affidavit and the petitioner has to report to his authorities about his marital status. Hence, he has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the trial Court for earlier disposal of H.M.O.P.No.128 of 2016.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court directs the Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.128 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To The Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi.
