COMMON ORDER ******************* These Writ Petitions relate to register the cancellation deed, dated 11.12.2009 and to register the deed, dated 11.12.2009, bearing pending Document Nos.98 of 2009 and 99 of 2009, on the file of the second respondent and deliver the same to the petitioner.

2. The second respondent herein has filed a counter affidavit, wherein he has categorically stated that the documents, which were presented for registration, were rejected and as against the same, the petitioner preferred appeals and the petitioner also filed Writ Petitions seeking expeditious disposal of the above said appeals and obtained orders also. Therefore, the present Writ Petitions have become infructuous.
