ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to quash the calender case in C.C.No.124 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, in so far as the petitioners are concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,06.06.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the calender case in C.C.No124 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, was ordered to be dismissed for default on 19.04.2023.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, further order may be passed.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.

Since the calender case in C.C.No124 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, has already been dismissed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
