O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate and file a final report in (*)Crime No.1112 of 2015 dated 04.07.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered only on 04.07.2015. The said case has been registered for offences under Sections 120(b), 406, 420(B) I.P.C. 3.Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in the crime, it will take some time to complete the investigation by the second respondent. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
