This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.01.2016 in Receipt No.26 of 2016 on the file of the respondent herein and to investigate and file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 23.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
