This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant permission to perform the programme of Adal Padal on 26.06.2018 night at about 07.00 pm to 12.00 Pm in connection with temple festival at Arulmigu Sri Santhana Mariamman Thirukkovil, situated at East Valasai, Pamban, Ramanathapuram, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation to the second respondent on 12.06.2018 and the same is pending without passing any orders. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is pending with the respondents and the same will be considered and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
orders will be passed on merits.
5.Considering the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law by taking into consideration of the conditions imposed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.7911 of 2018, dated 12.04.2018.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
