ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.132/2018 dated 27/12/2018 on the file of the Respondent No.1 for offences U/s. 447 and 427 of IPC on the file of the Respondent No.1.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.103 of 2019. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.It is also stated that the petitioner has filed another Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15107 of 2021 to quash the final report and it was posted on 26.11.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1842 of 2019 4.Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
