O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 354, 323 & 506(ii) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Prevention of Women Harassment Act on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 03.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
