This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner and not to conduct "Katta Panchayat" by interfering into the Civil Dispute in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the alleged complaint given by the 4th respondent.
