This petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to register the case based on complaint given by the petitioner on 04.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint by post.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the fourth respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 04.02.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
