This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 03.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint by post to the respondent police whereas the matter relates to land grabbing which comes within the jurisdiction of Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Sivagangai District.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Sivagangai District and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 03.02.2016 and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
