The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to investigate the case, in Crime No.669 of 2015, properly and to trace out his vehicle.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted the investigation, in Crime No.669 of 2015, has been completed and final report has been filed, on 12.08.2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul, but the same has not yet been taken on file.
