ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the impugned order Na.Ka.No.10517/2018/A1, dated 03.01.2019 by the respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that even though stay order has been granted by this Court on 12.02.2019, thereafter it was not extended. 3.However, by the efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous. If fresh proceedings is initiated by the concerned authority, the petitioner may workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
