Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEILMUTHU.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties and to comply with the order passed in Crl.OP(MD) No.4871/2022, dated 28.03.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
