This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai to expedite the trial in HMOP.No.115 of 2015 on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner filed HMOP.No.115 of 2015 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, against the respondent for divorce. The notice sent to respondent was returned with an endorsement as "gone to foreign". The HMOP was posted for taking steps from 23.06.2015 to 05.01.2017. The petitioner has come out with present Civil Revision Petition for a direction to the learned Judge to dispose the HMOP, within the time frame. There is nothing on record to show that petitioner has taken steps to serve the respondent, who, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, is now residing in Ireland.
