This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein not to interfere in the civil dispute in between the petitioner and the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the first respondent conducted an enquiry and the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioner and the second respondent, even though the second respondent did not withdraw the complaint. Therefore, the first respondent is now interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to close the complaint and not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent.
