This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for numbering OS.S.R.No.5616 of 2017 dated 03.04.2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Madurai.

2. In pursuance of the direction issued by this Court, the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, has sent a report dated 13.12.2017 by stating that the petitioner/plaintiff in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

O.S.S.R.No.5616/2017 was permitted to pay the court fee through the State Bank of India Treasury Branch on the basis of a challan supplied by the Head Clerk, District Court, Madurai for Rs.4,30,241/- as per the order in I.A.No.124 of 2017 dated 29.06.2017. Accordingly, this office issued challan for the remittance of Rs.4,30,241/- to remit the amount into the CCD Account. Therefore, the petitioner/ plaintiff deposited the amount on 17.07.2017 and in view of the same, the plaint in O.S.S.R.No.5616 of 2017 dated 3.4.2017 is taken on file in O.S.No.221 of 2017.
