ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 20.12.2016 passed by the learned District Munsif, Cheranmadevi in unnumbered E.A.No. -- of 2016 in E.P.No.12 of 2015 in O.S.No.5 of 2015.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the E.A., petition was numbered and the same was taken up for hearing. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
