ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the case in Cr.No.82 of 2018 on the file of Inspector of Police, Pazhugal Police Station, Kanyakumari District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 427 IPC.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai and the same was taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.549 of 2019 on his file.
