ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a coolie worker and hence, he was not able to arrange sureties.

2. Though the reason stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not convincing, with a view to give an opportunity to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and time is extended till 09.04.2025 to comply the conditions imposed in the pre-arrest bail order dated 28.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18621 of 2024.
