ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.09.2015.

2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already a civil suit is pending between the parties in O.S.No.708 of 2014 and therefore, the complaint has been closed on 26.03.2016.

4.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
