The prayer in this writ petition is to directing the second respondent herien to direct the fourth respondent to take necessary appropriate action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.11.2021 within stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner before the third respondent now forwarded to the file of the fourth respondent for enquiry.

W.P (MD).No.7987 of 2022 directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
