O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation initiated on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14.02.2020 from the file of the second respondent to some other agency.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that as of now, no case has been registered on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14.02.2020. He would further submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, on 20.07.2020, an enquiry was initiated in C.S.R No.29 of 2020. In the enquiry, both the parties were appeared and after considering the fact that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed on the same day.

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
