The Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notice issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.2451/A1/2014, dated 14.08.2015 and quash the same.

2. Heard both sides.

3.On perusal of the records it would show that what was challenged in this writ petition is only an enquiry notice, calling upon the petitioner to attend the enquiry on 04.09.2015 at 3.30 p.m., before the 1st respondent. The petitioner is having an opportunity to putforth all his contention before the first respondent. Therefore, the Writ Petition, is premature in nature. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
