This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 30.12.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 30.12.2015, it appears that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against her father-in-law. The petitioner's husband is in Singapore. Taking into consideration the nature of the complaint, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.12.2015. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
