ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime NO.432 of 2014 dated 15.07.2014 within stipulated time by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered only on 15.07.2015. The said case has been registered for offences under Sections 406, 420, 506(ii) I.P.C.

4.Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in the crime, it will take some time to complete the investigation by the respondent. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
