Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.55 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioners had earlier moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail. This Court directed the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner to file an affidavit that they would abide by the decision of the Civil Court. As on date, the Judgment of the Civil Court is against the petitioners. But, without filing such affidavit, the matter was adjourned from time to time. Taking note of the conduct of the petitioners, the earlier bail application was dismissed. Without filing such affidavit, the second application has been once again filed.
