2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objections for allowing the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

3. Recording the same, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed by transferring H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
