Writ Petitions are filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

In the writ petition, the petitioner has made a representation dated 17.02.2026 to re-fix the guideline value in respect of certain survey numbers which are mentioned in the representation.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the representation will be taken up for inquiry by the third respondent. The first respondent shall take up the representation for consideration, and due notice shall be issued to the petitioner. The appropriate recommendation to the third respondent shall be made in accordance with the law. Thereafter, it is for the third respondent to act in accordance with this said recommendation. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, not later than 16 weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. 3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
