O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. A6/4772/2013 dated _.10.2014, signed on 14.10.2014, vide which the cheque signing power, which was vested with the petitioner, being the President, has been taken away and conferred to the Second respondent herein.

2. It is a common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. But, it is made clear that it is always open to the respondents to initiate appropriate legal action against misappropriation of public funds, if any.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
