ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b) of IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier crime number has been registered for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 294(b) of IPC. It has been subsequently stated that the defacto complainant and the case has been altered to Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C and the same is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the fact that enquiry is pending under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C, this Court cannot entertain the petition for anticipatory bail.
