This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person on the complaint made by the petitioner to the first respondent, dated 14.02.2018.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.527 of 2018 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
